Rooted Remembering Retreat | April 16–20
Rooted Remembering
Ancestral Healing & Generational Repair
April 16–20 | Winter Park
Rooted Remembering is a sacred retreat devoted to ancestral healing, embodied restoration, and deep reconnection to the beautiful soul within you.
Healing through nature, movement, breath, and lineage restoration.
A return to your roots. A return to your inner truth.
Rooted Remembering Retreat is held on the ancestral and traditional homelands of the Ute, Arapaho, and Cheyenne peoples, who have lived in relationship with these mountains, forests, and waters since time immemorial.
We acknowledge the deep knowledge, stewardship, and spiritual connection these Nations have maintained with this land, and we honor the many generations who cared for this place long before it was known as Fraser, Colorado. We also recognize the enduring presence and resilience of Indigenous peoples today, despite the impacts of displacement, colonization, and broken treaties.
As we gather here for healing, movement, and connection, we do so with gratitude and respect — committing ourselves to listening, learning, and living in greater harmony with the land and its original stewards.
May our time here be guided by humility, reverence, and responsibility.
