I’m a therapeutic yoga guide and ancestral healing practitioner devoted to supporting people through embodied healing, emotional integration, and deep reconnection to the wisdom within.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing is not something we “fix” — it’s something we remember.
We remember safety in the body.
We remember the steadiness of the breath.
We remember the strength of our lineage.
And we remember that the beautiful soul inside us is worthy of being held with tenderness and truth.

What is Ancestral Healing?
Ancestral healing is a gentle, intentional practice of bringing awareness to the emotional, behavioral, and energetic patterns that may be carried through family lines — and creating space to release what no longer belongs to you. Many of us inherit more than physical traits: we may also carry survival strategies, beliefs, unspoken grief, or ways of coping that were shaped by the experiences of those who came before us. This work invites you to reconnect with your lineage in a grounded way, honor what was endured, and begin restoring what is ready to heal.

Sometimes the challenges we face aren’t only “ours.” Ancestral healing can support you in:

My approach
My work with ancestral healing is trauma-informed, body-based, and grounded in nervous system safety. We move slowly and with care. Sessions may include therapeutic yoga, breathwork, meditation, guided reflection, and simple lineage restoration practices that honor your beliefs and boundaries.
You don’t need to know your family history perfectly to do this work.
You don’t need to relive the past.
We begin with the body, build safety, and allow what’s ready to shift to unfold over time.
